Founded in 1997, Cool Beer is a beverage manufacturer that services the Greater Toronto Area with proprietary branded alcoholic beverages & co-manufacturing services. Historically, this business has been comprised of ~75% own brand sales.
The new owners will use Cool Beer as a platform to build-out its production capabilities for its existing in-house brands while expanding third-party production through contract manufacturing.

35,000 sq. ft. multidimensional facility licensed to produce alcohol (beer and ready-to-drink cocktails), functional beverages, and non-alcoholic products.
It has a proven brewing capacity of 80,000 hl with ability to fill standard (12oz), sleek (12oz) and tallboy (16oz) cans, bottles and kegs.
Able to service own-brand, LCBO, Licensees and private label manufacturing across the alcohol, functional beverages and non-alcoholic product categories.
Located in Etobicoke, Cool Co. is able to service the GTA with same-day deliveries. The GTA is an underserved market with strong demand for third-party contract manufacturing services.
The existing team has been augmented with a strong and experienced management team that is taking this business and these assets to the next level of growth.
